Important: localuu is a matching and communication platform. We do not:

  • Process, hold, or store digital currency
  • Act as a financial intermediary

  • Guarantee the completion of any transactions

When engaging in digital currency transactions:

  • All transactions are conducted directly between you and other users/merchants
  • localuu is not a party to any transactions
  • You are solely responsible for verifying the identity and credibility of transaction partners
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • We do not guarantee the completion, quality, or legality of any transactions
  • You assume all risks associated with digital currency transactions

Account Security

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any security breaches
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms

Service Availability

localuu operates in multiple jurisdictions. We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or cease operations in any jurisdiction if required by government authorities

Government Orders
